Captain Dustin Hall began his time with West Jackson Fire Department in 2018. Dustin started his journey in Fire and EMS in 2007 and has worked in the metro Atlanta area. Starting in 2018, Dustin began as a part time firefighter and has been promoted to Fire Apparatus Operator and Special Operations Officer before coming fulltime in 2023. Through the years of gaining knowledge and experience he has obtained several certifications. Dustin has obtained National Professional Qualification Apparatus Operator, Fire Instructor I and Fire Officer I. He has obtained several Incident Command System certifications through FEMA. Along with duties as Special Operations Officer, Dustin has obtained additional training and certifications such as Tactical Emergency Medical Support and Tactical Medic. He assists with other public safety agencies with Active Threat/Mass Casualty Incident drills, trainings, planning, and response. He is active with Braselton Police Department and West Jackson Fire Department Special Response Team as a TEMS Tactical Medic.
